Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Time Warner is seeking a reliable and confident Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through online chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Assist customers with any technical issues they may encounter - Use creativity and negotiation skills to find solutions to customer problems - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service roles - Proven reliability and confidence in dealing with customers - Strong creativity and negotiation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other related software - High school diploma or equivalent
