Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a resourceful and hardworking Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team at HCA Holdings in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries and provide support through online web chat - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries - Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support - Provide accurate and timely information to customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company's products and services - Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Leadership qualities - Previous experience in customer service or online chat support - Proficiency in using online chat software and CRM systems
