Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and independent individuals to join our team as Online Web Chat Assistants at McDonald's in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Online Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers through live chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner through live chat - Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or complaints - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the online customer experience

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Problem-solving abilities - Emotional intelligence - Motivated and independent - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
