Job Description:

Insurance Australia Group is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient, driven, and possess strong research and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via online web chat to provide assistance with insurance products and services - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on insurance products, industry trends, and company policies - Meet and exceed performance targets for response time, customer satisfaction, and sales conversions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
