Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Navient, a leading financial services company in Canberra, is seeking a dedicated Online Web Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online web chat to provide assistance and support - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for improvement in the online chat system - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable attitude - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Experience with customer service software and online chat platforms - Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
