Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Lam Research, a leading company in the semiconductor industry, is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are independent, adaptable, and possess strong cooperation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage in online web chat interactions with customers to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document all conversations and customer interactions accurately for future reference - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and timely information to customers - Assist in resolving technical issues or escalating them to the appropriate department - Achieve key performance indicators such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficient in using online chat platforms and basic computer skills - Previous customer service experience is a plus - Must be able to adapt to changing situations and multitask effectively
