Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Support Assistant to join our team at J.C. Penney in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth and development within our company. As a support assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities: - Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members - Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance - Assist with special projects and events as needed - Provide general support to managers and team members - Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Dedicated and hardworking - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Previous administrative experience is a plus, but not required
