Remote Support Assistant

Job Description:

JB Hi-Fi is seeking a Remote Support Assistant to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support. As a Remote Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support for products and services - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to higher levels of support when necessary - Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Driven and independent with the ability to work remotely without direct supervision - Strong decision-making skills and adaptability to handle a variety of customer situations - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred - High school diploma or equivalent
