Remote Support Associate

Job Description:

Tesoro is seeking a part-time Remote Support Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level Remote Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. 5. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information. 6. Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a technical support role. 2. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. 3. Reliable and resilient personality traits. 4. Strong problem-solving and project management skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. 6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote support tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
