Job Description:
Western Union is seeking a dedicated Remote Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Remote Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and technical support to clients in a remote setting. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home with flexible hours.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or through online chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assist customers with navigating our online platforms and resolving any account-related queries. 4. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution. 5. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all support cases. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide customers with the most current information. 7. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer support experience.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a remote setting. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical customers. 4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Resourceful and reliable with a strong attention to detail. 6. Demonstrated innovation and analytical skills. 7. Proficiency in using remote support tools and customer relationship management software. 8. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
