Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

NCR is seeking a dedicated and reliable Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers 3. Documenting customer interactions and resolutions in our database 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Participating in training sessions and staying up-to-date on product knowledge 6. Following up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles 2. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively 3. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers 4. Reliable and dedicated work ethic 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 6. Proficiency in using computer systems and software programs
