Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Mesoblast is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Support Associate to join our team. This position is remote, offering the flexibility to work from home. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our internal teams.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information and troubleshooting technical issues. 3. Assisting with order processing and tracking. 4. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers. 6. Conducting market research and analysis. 7. Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. 3. Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail. 5. Experience with people management. 6. Independent and self-motivated personality traits.
