Job Description:
Calpine is currently seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and guidance to our support team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and oversee the support team, including training, mentoring, and managing team performance. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and efficiency within the support team. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Analyze support metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 6. Develop and maintain support documentation and resources for both internal and external use. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements: 1. 5+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Motivated and energetic individual with a passion for helping others. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data and trends. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software. 7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
