Job Description - Support Manager


Job Description:


Molina Healthcare is seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various support functions within the organization. The Support Manager will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional support to both internal teams and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement support strategies to enhance operational efficiency. 2. Lead and mentor a team of support staff to ensure high performance and productivity. 3. Monitor and evaluate support processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance cross-functional communication. 5. Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues. 6. Analyze and report on support metrics to track performance and identify trends. 7. Manage support budgets and resources effectively to meet organizational goals. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all support activities.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in support management roles, with at least 8 years of relevant experience. 3. Strong leadership and team management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Resourceful and independent problem solver. 6. High emotional intelligence and ability to manage conflicts effectively. 7. Proficient in presentation and report writing. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. 9. Knowledge of relevant software applications and tools.
