Job Description:
HollyFrontier is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Support Manager to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the support team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are handled effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of support staff to provide exceptional customer service. - Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer support process and experience. - Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Work closely with other departments to address customer concerns and feedback. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to support staff. - Collaborate with the HR department to recruit, train, and onboard new support team members.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a similar role. - Strong people management and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - A proactive and customer-focused approach to work.
