Job Description - Remote Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Support Manager to join our team at Hilton in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As a Remote Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote support specialists who provide technical assistance to our customers. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote support specialists, including assigning tasks, providing training and support, and monitoring performance - Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams - Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the remote support team - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role - Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of computer systems and software - Resilient and able to work under pressure - Passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Excellent communication skills - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Previous experience managing a team is a plus
