Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


Xcel Energy is seeking a Support Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a resilient and energetic individual with strong project management and strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of support staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of support services. 2. Develop and implement support strategies to meet customer needs and drive customer satisfaction. 3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. 4. Analyze support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 5. Lead and participate in support projects to enhance operations and streamline processes. 6. Provide training and mentorship to support staff to enhance their skills and performance. 7. Act as a liaison between support staff and management to convey feedback and address issues. 8. Monitor and evaluate support performance to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded. 9. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and objectives. 10. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support services.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a support management role. 3. Strong leadership and team management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven experience in project management and strategic planning. 6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
