Job Description:
Celgene, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a motivated and adaptable Support Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. This part-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing crucial support to our operations.
Responsibilities: - Manage and support a team of remote support staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively - Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and productivity - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of support activities - Provide guidance and mentorship to support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner - Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a support or managerial role - Strong project management and planning skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Adaptable and passionate about driving positive change within the organization - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
