Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Avnet is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Support Officer to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshoot problems 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues 5. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and improve processes 6. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: 1. Energetic and dedicated individual with a positive attitude 2. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. High school diploma or equivalent
