Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

Packaging Corp. of America is seeking a Remote Support Representative to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services. 3. Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. 5. Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service. 6. Assist in training new hires and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. 2. Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting technical issues. 3. Excellent planning and analysis skills. 4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred. 6. Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
