Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

Iluka Resources is seeking a driven and motivated Remote Support Representative to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to customers experiencing issues with our products or services. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues remotely. 3. Assisting customers with setting up new accounts or updating existing ones. 4. Documenting and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions. 5. Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues when necessary. 6. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.

Requirements: 1. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage people effectively. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Proven experience in a remote support or customer service role. 4. Proficiency in computer systems and software. 5. Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively. 6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
