As a Support Representative at S&P Global, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home in Melbourne, Victoria. This part-time, associate level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our products and services - Document all customer interactions and update information in the company database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support is provided - Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and procedures
