Job Description:
Envato is seeking a Support Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a part-time Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and assisting with various tasks related to troubleshooting, technical issues, and general inquiries.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently. 4. Document customer interactions and feedback for further analysis. 5. Assist in creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base articles. 6. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices. 7. Contribute to a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration. 8. Provide feedback on customer insights to help improve products and services.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Confident and reliable individual with excellent communication skills. 3. Creative problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of teamwork. 4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. 5. Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems. 6. Knowledge of basic technical troubleshooting principles. 7. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
