Job Description: Optus, a leading telecommunications company in Melbourne, Victoria, AU, is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat channels - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely and efficient manner - Document all interactions with customers accurately in our CRM system - Collaborate with other support team members to escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments - Stay up-to-date on product information and ensure a thorough understanding of all services offered by Optus - Act as a brand ambassador for Optus, ensuring a positive customer experience in every interaction - Identify customer trends and provide feedback to improve products and services - Assist with special projects and tasks assigned by the Support Manager
Requirements: - Resilient and confident personality - Strong attention to detail and research skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team environment - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent
