Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Support Specialist to join our team at Fidelity National Financial. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to clients - Documenting client interactions and feedback - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service - Assisting with product testing and quality assurance - Providing training and support to new clients as needed
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Resourceful and driven individual who can work independently - Attention to detail and strong people management skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
