Job Description - Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: Navistar International is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our team. This position is a part-time role that allows for remote work from home in Brisbane, Queensland. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making it the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in a supportive and engaging work environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers. 6. Work independently to manage and prioritize support tickets effectively.
