Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Vodafone Hutchison Australia is seeking a Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is resourceful and motivated. The Web Chat Assistant will be responsible for engaging with customers through our online chat platform, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues - Assist customers with navigating the company website and online services - Ensure all customer interactions are handled in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to escalate more complex issues as needed - Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow up as necessary - Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience through the web chat platform - Stay up to date on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Resourceful and motivated individual with strong communication skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong project management and planning skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Proficiency with computer systems and online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
