Whirlpool is seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
As a Remote Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to customers through our online chat platform. Your duties will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding customers through the purchasing process. You will need to have excellent written communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be motivated and adaptable, able to think on their feet and provide excellent customer service under pressure. Strong research skills will be essential for accurately addressing customer concerns, and the ability to persuade customers to consider various product options will be a key part of the role.
