Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Baxalta in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. This is a part-time Associate Level position with a requirement of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services through web chat - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving complaints - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a web chat environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent planning and critical thinking skills - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM software - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
