Job Description:

Newcrest Mining is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are energetic, confident, and possess excellent people management and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via web chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Utilize company resources and tools to effectively assist customers and address their needs - Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and confident personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent people management and critical thinking abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent
