Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Masco is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a part-time Web Chat Assistant in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are driven, resilient, and have strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through the web chat platform - Assist customers with product information, order status, and other inquiries - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions - Utilize company resources to provide accurate information and solutions to customers - Meet or exceed performance goals set by the company - Continuously work to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using computer systems and web chat platforms - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to new situations - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Excellent time management skills - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
