Job Description:

Nanosonics is seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or web chat support role. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of energy and confidence, along with a strong ability to think innovatively and creatively.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and assistance - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers - Assist in monitoring web chat performance and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or web chat support role - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong innovation and creativity in problem-solving - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using web chat software and other relevant tools - Availability to work flexible hours as needed
