Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner through web chat - Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Proactively reach out to customers to assist them with any questions or concerns - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize innovative solutions to enhance the customer service process - Meet performance metrics for response times and customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred - Motivated individual with a positive attitude - Energetic and enthusiastic team player - Strong people management skills - Ability to think creatively and contribute new ideas - Excellent written communication skills - Basic computer skills and familiarity with web chat platforms
