Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

As a Web Chat Associate at Cochlear Limited in Adelaide, South Australia, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat to provide support, assistance, and information about Cochlear products and services. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies. 8. Provide feedback to improve customer experience.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and motivated personality. 3. Strong adaptability and research skills. 4. Excellent written communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using online chat platforms. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Knowledge of Cochlear products and services is a plus.
