Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team at Huntington Ingalls Industries in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As a Remote Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and will be at the Associate level.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through web chat - Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer problems - Managing multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service - Collaborating with other team members to provide comprehensive support to customers - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking attitude and confident communication skills - Strong critical thinking and analysis skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in typing and navigating web chat platforms - Excellent time management and organizational skills
