Job Description:

Nike is seeking a confident and motivated Web Chat Associate to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level position, the Web Chat Associate will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize strategic planning skills to assist customers with product recommendations and sizing information. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and a focus on customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels. 5. Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world of e-commerce.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience. 2. Confident and motivated personality traits. 3. Strong time management skills. 4. Ability to think strategically and plan effectively. 5. Excellent written communication skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based chat platforms.
