As a Remote Web Chat Associate at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests through the company's online chat platform. This position is part-time and at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to guest inquiries and provide support through the web chat platform in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist guests with booking reservations, addressing concerns, and providing information about hotel amenities and services. 3. Resolve guest issues and complaints effectively, escalating to a supervisor when necessary. 4. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions taken with guests. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on hotel offerings, promotions, and policies to accurately assist guests.
Requirements: 1. Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality or travel-related industry. 2. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently. 4. Adaptability to changing priorities and the willingness to learn new technologies. 5. Strong spirit of cooperation and teamwork to work effectively with colleagues. 6. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
