Web Chat Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

AmerisourceBergen is currently seeking a remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions on our website. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat on the company's website - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Resilient and hardworking attitude - Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with technology and web-based applications - High school diploma or equivalent required
