Web Chat Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking a motivated and adaptable Web Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Associate Level Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify customer needs and recommend products or solutions to enhance their shopping experience - Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and efficiency - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately - Experience working in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an e-commerce environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other online communication tools - Adaptable and reliable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with project management and strategic planning is a plus - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home
