Job Description: Crown Resorts is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Manager will have a unique opportunity to play a key role in managing our online customer service communication channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in web chat management and possess a drive to succeed and ability to bounce back in the face of challenges.
Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of web chat representatives to ensure high-quality customer service communication - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of web chat operations - Monitor and analyze web chat interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Train new web chat representatives on best practices for customer engagement and issue resolution - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of web chat services across the organization - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on web chat performance and key metrics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - 5+ years of experience in web chat management - Strong presentation and planning skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of driving results and meeting targets - Resilient attitude and ability to adapt to change - Knowledge of CRM systems and call center software - Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
