As a Web Chat Manager at FirstEnergy in Sydney, New South Wales, you will be responsible for managing a team of web chat agents to provide excellent customer service through online chat interactions. This part-time position requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of web chat agents to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Monitor chat conversations to maintain quality standards and provide feedback for improvement. 3. Develop and implement chat support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. 4. Analyze chat data and generate reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and maintain a consistent brand voice. 6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in web chat management to continuously improve service delivery.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 2. Strong cooperation and attention to detail soft skills to effectively lead a team and ensure quality service. 3. Proven experience in web chat management or customer service roles, with a minimum of 7 years of experience. 4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members. 5. Proficiency in chat support software and customer relationship management tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field preferred.
