Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

CenterPoint Energy is seeking an experienced Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 6 years of experience in a similar role at a mid-to-senior level. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our web chat platform, ensuring that customer inquiries are answered promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities: - Monitor incoming chats and assign them to the appropriate team member - Train and supervise a team of chat agents to ensure quality and consistency in responses - Analyze chat data and trends to make recommendations for improving customer interactions - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - 6 years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Confident and reliable personality traits - Strong critical thinking skills - High emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in web chat platforms and customer service software
