Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Commercial Metals is seeking a talented and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in web chat management. This part-time position requires a passionate and hardworking individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service through web chat channels.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all web chat operations, including monitoring chat queues, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely manner. - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the web chat platform. - Train and mentor web chat agents to ensure they provide top-notch customer service and adhere to company policies. - Analyze web chat data and performance metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and IT, to enhance the overall customer experience through web chat. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) - Minimum of 6 years of experience in web chat management or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in web chat software and tools - Passionate and hardworking attitude - Ability to cooperate with team members and stakeholders - Strong planning and problem-solving skills
