Twenty-First Century Fox is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in this role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of our web chat customer service platform. 2. Train and supervise a team of remote web chat agents to ensure efficiency and quality in customer interactions. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and streamline communication processes. 4. Monitor chat logs for trends and issues, and provide analytical reports to upper management. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and customer support across all channels. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technology advancements to constantly improve the web chat platform. 7. Handle escalated customer concerns and provide timely resolutions. 8. Maintain a positive and professional online presence for the company.
Requirements: 1. Reliable and driven individual with strong communication and analytical skills. 2. Proven experience in managing web chat or customer service teams. 3. Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in software tools such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
