Job Description:
Ecolab is seeking a Web Chat Manager based in Perth, Western Australia to join our dynamic team. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our web chat platform, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This role requires a high level of expertise in web chat technology, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of the web chat platform - Monitor and analyze key metrics to track the effectiveness of the web chat system - Train and supervise a team of web chat agents to ensure they provide exceptional customer service - Collaborate with other departments to integrate web chat into overall customer service strategy - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat technology - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer engagement
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in web chat management - Proven track record of success in managing web chat platforms - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and reliable with the ability to work independently - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
