Web Chat Manager - Work from home

As a Web Chat Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the company's web chat operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the web chat platform, improve customer service, and increase sales conversions. You will also be responsible for supervising a team of web chat agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality interactions with customers.

Key responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the web chat platform - Monitor web chat performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes - Manage a team of web chat agents, providing leadership, guidance, and support - Train and onboard new web chat agents - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of web chat with other customer service channels - Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in web chat technology - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
