We are seeking a proactive and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at Sears Holdings. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in web chat management and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the web chat function, including monitoring chat performance, quality assurance, and agent training. - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through web chat. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. - Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.
