Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Lansing Trade Group is seeking a Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a part-time entry-level position, we are looking for individuals who are reliable, motivated, possess strong critical thinking skills, and have a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions - Follow internal processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and objectives - Provide feedback on customer trends and common issues to help improve customer experience

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team - Basic understanding of web chat platforms and customer service principles - Tech-savvy and comfortable using various computer programs and tools - High school diploma or equivalent, college education is a plus - No previous experience required, training will be provided
