Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Corning is looking for a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is resilient, adaptable, cooperative, and skilled in negotiation.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Assist customers in navigating the company website and resolving any issues - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience - Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and feedback - Provide accurate information to customers and escalate issues as needed - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide the best possible support

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms - Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate - Life insurance and joining bonus offered as benefits
