Job Description:

Spectra Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Web Chat Officer in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or communications.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance via web chat - Communicating with customers in a professional and courteous manner - Resolving customer issues and escalating as needed - Providing accurate information about products or services - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions - Adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Adaptability and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes - Confidence in communicating with customers and addressing their needs - Strong people management skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact - Excellent planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
